Oh Chanel...

Chanel's 2009 Spring-Summer Haute Couture Runway Show was GORGEOUS... who woudn't want to be one of those models! I have the Chanel app on my iPhone and I find myself checking out these images a few times a week. And its all hand made cut-outs... I'm one of those DIY crafty girls. Although, I may never own my fav Chanel handbag, I will always admire and follow the look and style of Chanel, even if its from a distance.

I named the goldfish I got for my birthday... Coco Chanel... we're thinking about getting her a Karl Lagerfeld to keep her company....ha.

Some friend's of ours are starting up a photography studio and asked us if they could shoot some 'engagement' photos...even though we've been married for almost 3 years! It was a ton of fun... and I think they are pretty stinkin' cute! Here are just a few of my favorites.

Girls (Rather One Girls) Night In

While the boy is at home, in Michigan, saying goodbye to a beloved Grandfather, I am sitting home, by myself enjoying a glass of wine, well lets just be honest, a few glasses of wine, cuddling with my pup, and watching for the up-teenth time, Sex in the City, the movie. Feeling miles away from the hubby, I find joy in the fictious characters of Carrie Bradshaw and her friends. The bittersweet love story, excitement of a bride, designer clothers, luxurious life in NYC, and beautiful friendships between women... there is nothing sweeter! Wishing I was courageous enough to be as fashionable as Carrie, jealous of getting a Louis Vuitton bag for a Christmas present, loathing the giant boutique like closet, and missing girlfriends and my one and only 'Mr. Big.'
